I moved a 110 galon reef tank across a room, a distance of about 12 feet.
1. Get several large Brute containers or equivalent, enough to handle your whole system volume.
2. Get several six packs of beer, some finger foods or pizza, enough to feed 2 or 3 of your huskiest friends

.
3. get 2 sawhorses or some heavy stand that's about the same height as your stand.
4. Empty tank and sump into barrels. be creative with pumps, as they will help spedd up the process.
5. Just before tanks are completely dry, catch and transfer all fish to the Brute containers. Coral can stay exposed to air, so don't worry about them.
6. Disconnect all tubing. Easy for me as I had all flexible hose with barb connectors. Transfer tank to saw horses or stand.
7. Take out sump and all equipment from stand.
8. Move empty stand. Make sure stand is level in new location.
9. Replace sump and equipment.
9. Replace tank. Make sure tank is level.
10. Connect plumbing.
11. Replace most of water. Place bowl on substrate and direct water to it. Remember the creative use of pumps?
12. Check for leaks.
13. Replace fish and rest of water. Run the system.
14. If all is well, drink beer, eat the pizza.
15. I waited 24 hours, then did a 20% water change.
