Are trying to use your gallery or insert an image in a thread?
Your gallery would be here:
http://reefcentral.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=500&ppuser=60159&thumb=1
Once your photo is in the gallery, you can insert it into the post using the IMG button.
Some of the necessary picture resizing software will allow you to save in different file types.

She looks good.
When you post the http address in between the IMG tags, use the actual address, not the pointer.
You can get the actual address by right clicking on the desired picture, selecting properties, and copying the addy.
If you use that address, you get this:
