How to reduce temps on Nancube 28 HQI

In the process of setting up my tank and had a couple of questions regarding which the best mods are for reducing the temps.

1. replace the OEM pumps with maxi-jets

2. upgrade the fans with a kit from nanotuners http://www.nanotuners.com/product_info.php?cPath=68&products_id=575

3. add an air blower from nanotuners

Does anyone have an suggestions on what the best way to go? Lastly, has anyone tried a CPR Backpack with it?

maxijets 900 or 1200s? 1200s use up to 20w thus more heat.

Maybe a chiller? or some HOB Fan?
