how to remove a healthy anemone

i need your help pls i have sold my fish tank and i need to know how to remove a sebea anemone from the tank so the tank can be moved? also the tank has been set up for 2 years does anyone have any advise on how to tranport the live stock like the live rock corals fish and the anemone so i can pass this on to the new owners of the tank , thank you

i wanted to add that the tank is a 125g and what about the sand there is a deep sand bed keep the sand in the tank or should we bag it up ? thank you

LFS told me to rub the foot until it unattach or use an ice cube and do the same thing if your fingers dont bother him enough to let go.

we got the tank tore down yesterday and the anemone was the last to go but what we did was took a credit card and slide it under its foot until it let go i pray that all went well for the people who bought the tank and they got everything set up right and all animals did well with the move, thank you for you reply i have had the tank for 4 years and was sad to see it go but since getting sick it takes so much out of me to take care of it,it needed more of my time and i just couldnt do it anymore, this is such a wonderful site and if i ever set up another reef tank i will come back for everyone help that this site has to offer thank you
