How to remove Anemone from rock/glass

My buddy has a large Anemone that is attached to a rock at the bottom of his aqua scape. What's the best way to remove it without having to take the whole rock out of the tank? It may be partial attached to the bottom glass panel of his tank. Any ideas? Thanks

I don't see any way other than get all the sand our there, the you will have to remove the rock. Sane need to be out so you can see where the anemone attached. Be careful so you won't rip the anemone in to two frags.

So pretty much no way of getting it off the rock other then removing it?

You may be lucky and find that he attache to the bottom of the tank only.
O do not know how to get him off of under a rock unless I remove the rock.
