How to run a chiller with an Aquapod

I ordered the Pacific CL 85 chiller for my 12 gallon aquapod because I don't want to risk hitting the high temps. I am thinking of drilling an input and output spot for the hoses in the canopy above chambers 2 and 3. Anyone have any other recommendations? would rather not have to drill the glass.
