How to setup a sea horse tank

Well a 20g tank would be suitable for ONE seahorse of standard size but as seahorses do best in numbers, not individuals, that is not the best way to go.
Recommendations are for 29g/30g for the first pair of seahorses, and an additional 15g for each additional pair of seahorses.
