how to sex sixlines?

I have a HUGE one in the tank currently. I'm thinking of adding another. But I don't know how to identify gender. Scott O had two in his tank for a very long time, so I do know they can cohabitate. I just want to increase the odds by coupling a male and female.

you can add multiples- they're haremic.
All new additions must be small.

Scott is still around, he's working a lot. He lost a lot of fish from ick, including the wrasses.

When I got it, it was very small. I have no idea how long I've had it, a few years at least. It eats some of the food I put in but mostly lives off the little creatures.
