how to ship a clam

I am shipping a clam. What is the best way to package it?

Please be specific. I am worried about it bouncing around. Would it be ok to fill the bag with chaeto to absorb the shock? What about bubble wrap, or paper towel.

Put empty plastic bags in the bag with the clam and water. The platic will buffer the sharp edges, but wont degrade and harm the clam or water quality.

I was thinking of using bubble wrap for that. What says the experts?

the buble wrap will float, and wont stay around the clam.
