How to ship cephs

Shipping is pretty much the same as with fish. They need sufficient water and ample oxygen in the bag (I usually do 1/3 water to 2/3 O2) - use compressed o2 to fill the bag, if you don't have it, you may be able to get an LFS to fill bags for you before you ship. I always double bag (sealing both bags seperately) in case of leakage during shipment.

Then you have to control the temperature - you have to look at the forecast where you are and where you are shipping and pick an appropriate shipping day with mild weather at both locations. Pack it with cold packs/heat packs as needed to maintain the temp. Ship in an insulated styrofoam container, pack things tight so the bag doesn't roll around and mark the outside of the box sufficiently to let people know there are live animals inside.

Ship the fastest delivery option available and pack/drop-off as late as you can to minimize time in shipping. Make sure the receivers will be there to accept the package when it is delivered.
