how to start a colony

i have set the frags on the live rock and they have been there for a few months and havent really noticed any new growth but everything has stayed alive i want it to spread any ideas

as long as tank conditions are within parameters they should grow. Not much to go off of with the info you gave.

it all depends on your tank parameters and your light, some things just take a long time to grow ive had a frag of eagle polyps for 4 months with 4 polyps.. it hasnt grown at all but my other frag of 8 has grown onto the rock and is now about 50+

i have 4 24 watt t5 with two actinic and two 10 k
