How to tell which model ASM skimmer you have?

I bought a used ASM skimmer and can't figure what model it is. It has the Sedra g-3500 pump, and is 21.5" tall with a 5.5" wide body. Some websites say it is a G1-X and others say it is a G2, what say you? Thanks

I believe it is a G1x, the g1 has a 2 1/2" dia. neck, the g2 is 3 1/4" dia.

the only difference between the G1X and G2 is the actual size of the skimmer body. you have the G1X from the dimensions you gave.

Yup, it's a G1X, the neck is 2 1/2" Thanks for the help.... Now I know just how big a tank I can put it on. It was on my 55 and performed outstandingly....
