How to trap an EEL

Can someone give me advice as to how I trap a small Golden Dwarf Moray? I tried a minnow trap but he does not fully go in. Please advise!

i would use a small diameter pvc pipe and cap one end. drill a hole in the capped end and try to lure the eel into the pipe by pulling the food in the and through the pipe. cap the other end when the eel is all the way inside. that is just how i plan to catch mine if I ever have to.
