i did a mistake by not qt my yellow tangs then now my reef is fill with ich. My temps stays at 76-78. Before no fish had ich problems but now most of them have it. How can i get rid of it?

Pull all the fish out and put them into a QT tank and do either a hypo treatment or copper treatment for atleast 6 weeks, while leaving your tank fallow (fishless) so all the ich in the tank has no host and dies.

As for your tank---everything left in there, the inverts, etc, will be ok---but the ich must have 8 weeks to starve to death in that tank (they eat only fish blood) before you dare put your now-well fish back in there.
do not put any fish in that tank for 8 weeks, medicate the fish you have according to bottle instructions, and if you get new fish, from now on, quarantine them.

I finally bit the bullet and used the "snake oil" Kordon ich med and it actually worked break out free for over 5 months now so give it a try. I have a tank full of inverts, corals and none affected by meds. I stinks like all hell but it worked in my case. This worked for me I cant guarantee it will for you as well but its worth a shot. .......... I hear the storm brewing right now.....

i would say remove all live fish and QT them. Leave them out for a couple months to be safe. Ick is not something to mess with. Sorry to hear about it. :(
