How to upload a video?

Can someone kindly advise and/or provide the steps on how to upload a video on here?

I would make a YouTube account, then once you've done that, you upload your video to YouTube, then there will be a link that says something about "Share my Video" and you copy all that code into a new post and the video will show.

Hello stonecold. How's it going? Below is some code to post a video. You must have your video on a web server somewhere. Replace red text with your own specifc web location and media player (i.e. ms-wmp change to shockwave-flash). You may have to change some other parameters specific to your media type. An internet search should provide those parameters. Good luck.
