I have tryied everything. Mixing it up with a blender, dip it in OI water, made ice cubes out of it ... but i can´t help to loose most of it though the water column to the skimmer or sump.

Is there a magic way ?

Using frozen avoids that problem.

Frozen cyclop-eeze floats a lot for me personally...is there something I'm doing wrong?

I feed by rubbing my fingers together on a small piece of frozen cyclopeeze. I normally do so right near a power head so it blows all over. Alternatively, take a small vial of tank water and thaw in the tank water until it sinks, then dose near a power head.

I can´t use the frozen one. I live overseas ... and this product dosen´t sell here.

That IS a problem. I switched because of the problems you are encountering. Perhaps if you put it in a small via of tank water, it will eventually become neutrally buoyant?

I've tried soakin it for a long time, at least an hour, and almost all of it still floats even with repeated mixing to make sure it's going underwater.

I have cyclopse flakes. My clowns love it, other fish are so-so.. but I also have a problem with it floating. Occasionally I'll crumble the flakes up and stick it in a container of mysis to soak overnight in the fridge. I still have floaters, but a good portion of them sink.

I prefer using frozen cycop-eeze cubes as a supplement in addition to other foods. All my fish go nuts and it doesn't float.

An idea might be to make your own home frozen fish goop and blend the cyclopse into the mix?

I actually feed cyclopeeze via my sump. I put it in the chamber with my return pump and just let it go it's way. The anthias all line up one they see the first few pieces come across. I never have a float problem.

I buy it in 1 kg sheets, dremel off pieces that are about 2x3 inches, then pick a piece, rub it near a powerhead and all works well. I reuse the dremeled pieces since I get many feedings from one piece. The sump idea would be terrific except my sumps are in the basement.

This is interesting. Anyone know what this would work?

You mean "why" it would work no? They saturate with water, sink, and up the pipe they go. Works every time and by its nature it takes about 5 min to finish off giving the Anthias a field day. Try it and see, but make sure you put the Cyclopeeze in the return pump chamber; otherwise it just settles.

I´m having trouble to buy Argent Cyclop-Eeze wafers. Every single web page out there that sells them says ¨OUT OF STOCK¨

Anyone knows where can i get them ?

I melt frozen cyclopseeze in a cup of tank water, suck it into a turkey baster, and shoot it briskly deep into the tank where the fish can get it and it takes much longer to reach the overflow. Shoot smaller batches over & over so the fish can get most of it.

For the freeze dried product, do the same thing but soak the food overnight to help it sink.
