How to vent a 250 in a tight space

I am installing a 250 in the corner of a room, on an outside wall. I plan to close the top with cabinets up to the sloped ceiling. I am running a PFO fixture with 3 400 watt MH lights and 2 VHO actinic. This will generate some heat plus the tank and sump will generate some humidity. I as going to install a bathroom fan to vent out the tank, but thinking about it now, it will be noisy and it will suck too much of my warm house air outside.

What kind of fan should I install? Should I pull in fresh outside air some how into this confined space?

I put one of those new panasonic ultra quiet vent fans in my basement fishroom. You cant hear it running at all. I chose a smaller model, only 150cfm, so i run it 24/7. Tith a tight, enclosed space, you might be able to get away with running it only when your lights are on.

I would only vent to the outside. trying to balance a fresh air input with the vent fan would be a pain. If you vent only, atleast you know the warm humid air is going outside, none is getting pushed into the house.
