How would I do this, or would it even be worth it?

I have a 29 gallon tank, which has been up and running for about 9 months. I have a 10 gallon tank that is not being used and thought about using it as a sump/fuge. My tank is on a stand that does not have a place for a tank below it. I have a closet next to it I could place it or behind it on the floor. How would I get a sump with my tank, being that its all set up and everything? Would I build/buy a Continuous Siphon Overflow, then what?

drilling would be best, but it's tricky to do on a tank that's already set p. A plain old U-tube siphon would work but might take up a lot of space. Just get an overflow that does not require a pump to operate. Amiracle makes a good one.
