How would you set this up ?

How would you set this up with so many new pumps and techniques available. My question is if you had this tank how would you set it up ? steel stand? wood stand ?

I would check the sump return "B", having it below water level requires a check valve which can cause trouble in the long run on a power failure...

I forgot to mention the diagram came from the previous owner and I wanna turn all the inside bulkheads as a closed loop system
