how would you stock this tank?

I'm just playing around for now, but I am cycling a 38g and was wondering what fish, etc, would be a good combo for this tank?

38g
50lbs caribbean live rock
20lbs pink somoa sand

I would like to have a coral banded shrimp, and the usual array of snails and maybe some blue legged hermits. I do have two scarlet reef hermits right now, 3 peppermint shrimp and some nass snails. I also have a green clown goby and a firefish, they're in the 20g.
What fish would be good in the 38g? I'd like to have a variety of fish so no doubt they'd have to be fairly small and peaceful.

Thanks for any ideas you can give me. Like I said I'm just playing around, looking for information and to see what good combos would be.

Coral Banded Shrimp can be very aggressive towards other shrimp and crustaceans ( including hermits ). They also prey on snails.

Not really a good choice for your current animals.

Thank you, I did not know that they were so aggressive...shoot, they sure are pretty tho.
Just to clarify, the critters that are in the 20g will be going into the 38g. I have two seahorses in the 20g as well with hopes that they will live a long time in the 38g... but as I said I am just playing around, and if the seahorses decide to not stay with me I will go to fish after they are gone... (again, hopefully this won't happen for a long time). They're just having eating issues atm.
