Just wondering how everyones corals are doing that they got at the swap.i for one am looking foward to the upcoming swap on Jan 31,2009 at that pet place.hope to see some of you guys there
thats great everyone, our frag swaps have proven to be a great conservation effort with all these new corals growing out in different systems and not being taken from the ocean.
we only picked up a few and they all are doing well i dont know who we got them from but all are healthy and growing already.i would like to see some updates on the school tanks. thank you
Dane
I'm not a member, but I went and got some stuff. I took a few pics this week of my school tank. It's a standard 20. I got some clowns from nate, some corals from ricunger when I bought salt from him, a lot of corals from joe, and a huge green star polyp from the swap. Everything seems to be doing real well, I'll try to post some pics of the tank this weekend. There's a daycare in the building and those kids can't get enough of the tank. Thanks to all who helped me, I appreciate it.
Dan ,All that I got from you are doing well thank you very much hope alls well on you end .Thanks again for taking the time and giving me a helping hand .Hope to buy from you again you have some of the best looking corals around .wow lights are the sh**you know your stuff..
Dan, everything A-OK here, thanks again. I'm still trying to find sweet spots for them(plus my tank is cluttered with frags, I need to upgrade). I will be going to the swap at TFP, are you looking for anything special, I know you have a lot of stuff, I was going to bring you a freebie if you'd like. I guess I'll have to send some pics(I just really suck at taking pics). Thanks again, and have a good weekend.
Matt
Dan, The Eagle Eye I got from you is doing great. It has gone from 13 heads to 17 already. There was also a nice brittle star that came along for the ride. I'll be looking for you at the next swap.
 Thats great matt and inovrmyhd. This is my favorite part of reefkeeping and growing corals.hearing about them growing and getting passed around the state and further, and knowing i am responsible for one less coral getting removed from our wild reefs each time, this is what its all about for me.I am constantly upgrading and expanding so i can grow more corals and continue the trend. Thanks!!!
#7 is fragglereef's ufo micro. The suharsonoi is doing just fine, just hasn't done a whole lot yet lol it's in the first pic next to the orange digi on the right
oh yea i see it now.cool,i was worried it did not make it.it is a very challenging acropora many people say.the kedd reds look great and that micromusa is unbelievable.i will need to have some of it.LOL.the zoos i got from you are wicked.the ones with the orange tenticles are really nice and you were right about the yellow ones being something spectacular.
hrmm, now he tells me . So far so good with it though, it has grown about 1/8". I was hoping it'd grow like the ORA hawkins (weedishly fast) but apparently not. I'll have to stop up & see the tank some time !
yea for sure, the admission will be a frag of that micromusa. Just kidding tony.let me know when you are in my neck of the woods and you can stop in for a visit.
