How's the Fiji-Rock Looking?

Hi guys,

Due to a warm up in temps this week (70 degrees by the weekend here in northeast Pa.) I plan on ordering live rock for my new 180 and having it shipped 2 day instead of overnight. So how is your Fiji rock looking? I am going to order about 100 lbs and need rock I can make some caves. The aquascape plan is to have three separate islands of rck and I would like to keep it low profile and not the typical rock wall. Also, if I order on Weds. morning will it ship same day and expect for it to arrive on Friday?

Hi Jason,

Thank you for taking a look our rock! The Fiji has really picked up in quality over the last 9 months or so. It IS NOT the plain round Fiji you see from quite a few other US suppliers. Our Fiji has a loit of character, shape, and life. While it is not completely covered in purple coralline algae like some of the other suppliers round Fiji, we feel have the shape and life are much more important than this as the coralline will always come along!

If you order on a Wednesday before 2pm est, we will ship the same day and have it to you by that Friday. Being in PA you are in a 2-day zone via standard UPS Ground shipping, so there shouldn't be a need to spend any extra money for an Air transit.

I would estimate around $50 - $60 for freight via ground shipping to you for 100lbs.

Jeremy- When I order on Wednesday would you be able to pull rock that I can utilize for caves and hiding places? does that need to be specified when I order through the site? I have heard that you guys do a really nice job pulling uniques shapes and such.
One of the first fish I plan to add to the tank is a Harlequin Tusk, so I want to create as many hiding place for him in case he becomes stressed by his other tank mates.
