howto convert 6100 to 6200 ?

as topic states, what all is required to convert a 6100 to a 6200 ?

The 6000 to 6100 conversion is easy due to the fact only the transformer is different between the two. As far as I'm aware, quite a number of parts between the 6100 and 6200 are different and in turn there is no direct upgrade path.

It is more cost efficient to sell the 6100 and buy a 6200.
