Yesterday I finally completed the sale of my huge skimmer. Well, I went to the post office to package and ship it...they didn't have a box to fit it. I went down the road to AS just to see if I could get lucky. Turns out that there was a box they received for live products that fit absolutely perfectly...styro lined and everything.
Needless to say, this little convenience made a huge impact on the rest of my day. He saved me probably an hour of effort trying to find something to fit it in. All I can say is a big thanks to Vinh for helping me out. This is what I mean when I say customer service.
I know that sometimes I come and complain about some stores for many different reasons...it's just always really nice and refreshing to come on here and identify good experiences.
