huge trigger at neptunes realm

i went to neptunes today and noticed the niger todd has to the right as you enter....wow. full male with streamers and all.


i honestly dont see how there min tank size is a 75 according to marine fishes ( scott michael)

It probably has to do with giving it enough room so it isn't stressed. Since few people have a 1-fish tank, I'm sure there's the crowding factor to consider too.

I wouldn't keep that fish in anything less than a 180...they get like 22".

like a said, full adult male. maybe just on the young side.

Yeah those are cool, there used to be a store in denver on colorado blvd. near I-25 they had very large niger trigger as the "store mascot"
I think the store was called aquaria? does anyone remember that store?

Yep,

Aquaria was owned by Eric, with Anthony and Helen (from Tropic Seas) as the full time staff.

There were several store mascots, including a Hawaiian Black Trigger and a Bandit Angel.

Always managed to find fun and interesting things there...

yeah that was a cool store, we used to make the rounds back in the day, neptunes, reef gallery (and the former store there which i cant think of the name), marine showcase, debron aquatics, aquaria, and if i felt like driving up north, we'd go see randy at bolder marine.
