Don't always need/want to promote evaporation though as not all tanks need (or even want) a chiller.

I'd aim for 60% or less. My fish room is a part of the garage, and in the winter when my AC isnt running I get close to 80% at times and it's an issue.

Depending on how you set the tank up in the room, you can duct air from the sump below the tank and from the canopy above the tank directly outdoors with a humidistat-controlled bathroom fan.

That's what I do, I turn on the fan in the summer and off in the winter when I want the humidity. I don't use a humidistat, it stays on all summer.
