hundreds of white dots on my glass

i have hundreds of white dots that have just appeared on my glass. they are very very small but range in size a bit. If you look close the dot looks kinda spirally with little legs or something coming out at one end. anyone know what these are?

update: I now have around 50 baby cerith snails and that number is quickly growing each day and I have a couple new abalones. If I get a bunch of abalones I will give some away
