Huntsville's First Frag Swap

Ok so I need some help, we want to put on a swap in the Ville and was thinking the end of August but found out that the Chattanooga swap is going on on the 14th, Can someone please direct to a location of all the swaps in the Tennessee Valley so I don't step on anyone's toes.

I would like to but everybody always does there meetings on Sat and I work every Sat and dont get off until around 12 on that day. I hope to be ordering my tank in the next couple months Ive got to sell this extra car of mine to fund it 1st Im going with a 53Lx30Wx20T

MTRC-third weekend of Jan
MRC-was fourth weekend of April and October, but not sure how that'll fall in this year
Birmingham's last years was first weekend in June
ETRC-third weekend in June
Chattanooga-third weekend in August
Memphis-third weekend in September

Well it has been a couple+ of weeks.... I went and toured the location for the Swap and I think it will work fine.

I need some help because one of you have a graphic arts kind of mind I am sure. I need someone to make a flier so I can get it into Reef Hobbyist Magazine. I will be paying for the full page advertisement so hopefully it will work for us.

Free frag for the person who sends me one that I think is good, but I think we should post it here and let NARC be the judge.......

Most of this will be going on R2R but I will try to keep RC up to date and feel free to add inputs as you feel fit.
