hybrid fish breeding

I am getting ready to start up a few breeding experiments. Most jusrt to help environment, but I want to do some cool stuff that people wont expect around here.
I live in indiana, which like iowa is full of corn but not lucky enough to have saltwater conventions or even decent pet stores.

So I guess im looking for a list of fish that can hybridize and make cool babies. Im going to stay away from the whole parrotfish idea where ur fish turn out retarded.

I also know clowns can cross breed with damsels if you have a laboratory lol
