hydnophora sweepers

I knwo these things can pack quite a punch, but will Hydnophora coral send out it sweepers to sting a neighboring clam?

Should I worry, and just move the clam?

I have two large colonies and nither produce sweepers, but I have heard that some species do .....so play it safe and move the clam.
