I'd be wary of using lime made for livestock. There is no way that it is as pure as the lime for human consumption. Do you have a link to the MSDS?

Its not made for live stock. !!! No link.. its food grade lime.. they sell it to local canning and pickling facilities around me..

I mix in a 30 gallon trash can.. and to that I add 2 cups when needed..
