Hydroids ON one of my SPS colonies?

I was inspecting my corals to day when I noticed that one of them seems to be covered in what looks like tiny hydroids. The tissue looks fine so it's confusing as to what this is and how to fix it.

The only way I know to get rid of Hydroids, is to stop feeding them....any type of minute food such as Nutramar Ova, brine eggs, Rods, etc.....will insure that they populate....

I just noticed them on one of mine also. Hope they go away on their own they worry me.

Ime they will go away on their own,
A good heavy lugols dip will help also iirc
