Hyperventilating Clown Fish

I have a new tank setup (about 2months). It's home to 2 yellowtail damsels and to Osc. clowns. 1 bubble anenome and some green polyps.
Ammonia is undetectable, nitrate is very low. ph is around 8.2.

Everything in the tank looks great and healthy except for one clown fish. He's a small guy, maybe about 1" total.

I noticed he likes to hide next to rock all day, and he wasn't eating much. He often looks like he is hyperventilating. Today I came home to find hime laying on his side, hyperventilating and extremely pale.

I am wondering if there is any possibility that the bubble anemone may have harmed him. I had them both put in a small space the other day to get them to know each other.

Well 15 minutes after that post he died..

He doesn't seem to match the characteristics of any particular disease or parasite. I also gave him a fresh water bath (after he died) just to see if anything would fall off.

I'm calling the cause of death ph shock. This was a very little fish, and I think my water conditions were off. ph changed pretty quickly during a water change earlier yesterday.

I find myself in the same situation again. I have replaced that clown with a new one. The new clown is doing great, and has made my anemone her home.

My other clown, who seems to get alone great with everyone has started to breathing rapidly. He also doesn't seem to eat anymore. He'll grab a mouthfull of food and just spit it out.

He also has the white string poop.

Right now i have him isolated in his own hospital tank, and started trying to feed him anti parasitic food.

I will be bringing some water to my LFS to see what im missing. ammonia, ph, sg, and nitrate all seem fine.

I wanted to know if it would be a good idea to feed my other fish the same food even though they don't have the symptoms. My conern here would be for the corals, anemone, and coral banded shrimp. I'm not sure if its ok to use this food in the same tank..

Anyone know?
