Hypo question

I've had my fish in hypo for 6 weeks now and want to start bringing up the SG. I know to do this slowly over a few days. Is there any procedure that works better than another.

Such as water changes with high concentration of salt. Or just regular water changes til I get back to normal.

What size is your QT tank? If it's a small one on the order of 10-20 gallons or so you can just add salt water to recplace evaporation loss or you can remove a gallon a day and replace with salt water. If it's bigger you can remove a few gallons per day and replace with salt water.
