My wavebox is beeping again, this is the third time in one month that I have had to take it apart and clean it, I have follow the cleaning instructions to the tee, except I don't think my propeller can be taken apart.
Is there anything I am doing wrong or do I have a defective unit? Please help!!

Check if the magnet has any cracks in it. Also check that the upper bearing is clean and not stuck to the magnet. How old is the wavebox?

Roger, the upper bering appear to be clean and the magnet turns freely with my fingers. The magnet cylinder has a smooth plastic area on the upper part were it seats on the upper bearing, at close examination it appear to have a small hole/crack, but you cant feel it even if you pass your nail as it is underneath this plastic area. I don't think this is normal but I am not sure if it is what it is causing the pump to trigger the alarm so often.
What do you think?
