I am looking for some direction.

I am trying to find someone who makes custom tanks with no braces. I have been out of the game for over a year, but before I left I had a plan of what I wanted.

Basically what I want is a 40 gallon breeder maybe a little longer, but just as shallow. Starphire glass and no black brace at the top? I guess those tanks are called seamless?


Does anyone know anyone who does that or has any experience with any companies that do that?

I don't have the access to the tools for a diy project.

these guys are in boaz, AL so pretty "local". they were at our frag swap back in jan & do some amazing work for a very reasonable price. send a price quote for what you want.....btw it's called "rimless" if you want nothing at the top, or "eurobraced" if you want a glass support around the upper edges or a small strip from front to back in the center. rimless will usually be more expensive since to do it usually means using thicker glass so it doesn't bow....which adds $$$

YEA crestview. I'm from niceville but go to school at UF. I love the classcages comment james, it is so true. If you want a custom job, its going to cost a pretty penny. I was recommended a company out of Canada and one out of Texas. Forgot both their names (I'm sure someone on here knows who i am talking about) but they were out of my wallets limits. I would spend less on the tank by getting a normal sized mass produced one that way you can spend more on equipment If starphire is definitely one of the key components, check out oceanic's line of tanks, they build some really good quality stuff for a decent price. Just my .02
