How crazy is this? I mean, how can you mistake fish boxes for a 6' long crated coffin box? In any case, I think you'd be picking me up off the floor as soon as that box opened....

Pet store expects fish shipment, but gets corpse

PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Employees of a Pennsylvania pet store expecting a shipment of tropical fish and salt water got a man's dead body instead. Mark Arabia owns the Pets Plus store in northeast Philadelphia, where the mix-up was discovered Tuesday....

Yikes!

You mean that you never recieved dead human bodies in your shipments? If you do i would QT them incase they have flatworms or anything before you put them in the display tanks lol. Maybe even a freshwater dip or some primafix lol.

Nope Me No Nemo, the additive of importance for me would have been clean shorts and a mop for the floor lol.

You know when I helped unpack shipments its like Christmas, so many cool things all over in boxes to be unwrapped.

If that got delivered, however, I'd really have to call and ask about the DOA policy ><

So does this mean that a shipment of fish ended up where the body was going?

LOL, nope. The guy was a postman, and after the initial shock his wife actually found it amussing. His body was being sent to a research center to be studied on, so i don't think there was any burial planned for him at all.

I know that is the only thing i insist on when i die is that i not be burried in the ground. My will is to be cremated and the filters removed from the fuel lines on my race car, and my ashes to be mixed in a jug or race fuel, and ran through my car at the track. I don't really care what they do with me as long as they don't put me in the ground to rot. I don't want anything left on this earth to memorialize me at all. Pour my ashes out in a pig pen for all i care, just don't put me in the ground.
