In this picture, Im pretty sure the bottom half if bleached. I may have done that with the old lights I had over my tank.
I currently am running a 38 par bulb with full sepctrum over my tank about 20 inches from the base.
In the picture of the brain worm, the green is fading from the top of the coral but is still green around the sides. I dont own a par meter and probably wont be able to get my hands on one. The lights say they can produce 500 par from 24 inches apart.
