That's an "acan lord" coral .. Acanthestrea Lordhowensis (did i spell that right?)

Price in this hobby is one of the most subjective things ever so I can't really say. For me personally? I'd pay $35 or so for that piece if it helps at all.

Wow great find for $20. Would say you could get $50 for that frag, congrats.

Thats is a little expensive for my area. My LFS just sold a colony with 50+ heads for 20 bucks.
