Between health problems, starting college after a 6year break and moving to hills of mill valley ( 60 stairs down to my place) I decided that I have better things to dowith my time (and money) then tend to my seahorse ranch. But alas I couldn't stay tankless for long. This setup will be very simple and hopefully low maintainance
