I believe Elite and I got them in the same place, so they should be the same zoas (btw, Phong was referring to me as the "nice guy", obviously he doesn't know me very well =D )

I'll pull some frags eventually; I just don't want to move stuff so I can get to them, hehe.

They're good growers. Certainly not slow. That colony started from 3 polyps about 6 months ago; there's about 50 now.

Be a " NICE GUY " and hook a fellow reefer out when you get the chance I mean.
 
hehe. Let's not make this thread a waiting list. I should have plenty to go around by the time I break down my tank for the move. Elite will probably have his AEFW problem taken care of by then as well =D.

On a semi-related note... does anyone know if these things have a name? Under high light, they're more yellow than blue.

Are you talking about the AOG's Elite?

Might as well put me on the list for those bluish ones, I'll be behind Elite on the line...:D
 
I don't think it's any of those. The one Ray has look really big. I saw those at Amazon Pet but the guy wouldn't sell them to me :mad: .. I bet Ray got those from AP. :D

Yep, got them at Amazon a while back. You need to take some "nice guy" lessons from me =D.

Yeah, these things are huge palys; for size reference, just look at the AOG next to them (full grown polyp).

Not everything is named so you'll just have to name it yourself :P Follow Elite's lead in other words...
 
Aye, Herman. Have you started to feed your large palys (SINKING PELLETS ) like we talked about before... you'll get them to the size of 1/2 dollars... :lol:
 
No, i haven't spot fed anything yet :P hehe. I'm slacking. You'll have to grow things out and give it to me instead since I'm so slow with it.
 
I actually need to frag these guys... the 1/2 dollar sized adults are putting the new babies in the dark once they fully expand..

See the size of these MONSTERS compared to a regular zoa on the bottom

They pretty much retained most of the color, either on the sand or up top of the rocks... just looses color for a while when gets moved...
