I have a 90 gallon tank...

...that is 48" long and I want to set up a MH and T5 system.
I want to run the T5's actic and the current 192 watts of PC daylight long with some form of 250 watt dual MH
I want to get the bulbs ballasts fixtures... everything but the PC system.

My budget is 1,000 dollars.

I was thinking along the lines of IceCap ballasts and the like... other than that i'm so blank in this area

wow I already changed my mind... I'd like to go all T5 and I think I'd need 2 660 Ice Cap ballasts... anyone else want to chime in?

You can go with Fulham workhorse 7 Ballast and save yourself some money over the Ice Cap. I have them and they work great.

will it overdrive te bulbs like the IC?

Do you know where I can individual reflectors end caps and basically everything to do a super retrofit?
