I have a few questions

Ok so I had my water tested and my levels are as follows

Alk 6
Calcium 360
Mag 1360

Sense these test I have brought up my mag and calcium to better levels(Calc 440, mag 1400). I did bring up my alk as well to 7.4 but after I tested again today it's back down to 6. How am I gunna keep it at a proper level? How much can I dose sodium bicarbonate in one day? Am I going to need to dose this every day? I have tons of coriline everywhere plus 10 sps frags, 4 lps frags. Could they be really draining my alk that fast everyday?

I was caught off guard with low alkalinity when I started out. It killed a few frags and months later I'm still holding out hope a few others will recover. I use Sachem Reef Builder and dose a couple times a week. Here's a dose calculator I use. After a while you won't need it, but it'll help in the beginning.

I have been dosing alk everyday. But I want to bring it up to at least 8.4 I am nervous to dose that much in one day. Can I dose that much and not cause any harm?

I would not jump from 6 to 8+ in one day. You need to slowly increase your dosage to match/exceed usage. I only test weekly and make my adjustments then. I also use the seachem products and they have always worked well for me. If it were me I would get a product and start with the recommended dosage for your tank size, then adjust from there. Once you get a handle on how your tank functions it is not hard to keep up.

I have been using bulkreefsupplys sodium bicarbonate additives and it told my not to go any higher than 1.4 alk in one day. So I dosed as it says I test right after( a couple hours later) and it was at 7.4. Then I tested today and it was back down to 6 in less than 24hrs.
