I have a nudibranch hitchiker

I was glued to my tank this weekend. I spotted a nudibranch that latched on to a larger piece of food and was eating it on a rock a little way up from the sand.

Pretty cool.

Seemed good for the tank, since he was eating leftovers.

Are you sure this was a nudibranch? Can you describe it?

it might be a stomatela snail they look kinda like nudis.

The critter was about 1 inch long and had a head with 2 ears. Looked like the nudi branch pictures I have seen. It was kind of sitting on a rock and eating some left over food. It did not look colorful but kind of had an appearance that blended into the rock.

I will try to take pictures next time. I saw it on the rock for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour. So it just kept eating. Very cool.
