Recently upgraded my ecotech MP40's to MP60's. Now I have 4 x MP60 on my 200 gallon deep dimension 4 ft x 3 ft. I have 2 placed on each side of the tank and have noticed some tissue missing on my acros that are in direct line of fire. I have moved the pumps so that they are not directly hitting the corals, but now I want to program them to get the best use from them.

I have them being controlled on my Apex, so the questions are:

1. What setting should I use (currently on reef crest)?
2. What % should I set it at?
3. How should they ramp up during day/night

If you have a schematic on apex that you use, let me know the name so I can look it up. Thanks!

I have a lot of flow in my tank 65gallon 36x18x24. I have two mp 40s and a 1500gph korralka. Basically I found out for my tank anti synch is the best for all modes but I was still getting a dust storm which covered coral and made the sump really dirty and large mounds of sand and bare spots really a pain. Then I started off setting the mps moved one more up and forward and one more down and towards the back. After that you have see each mode to see which one is causing the problem then lower that specific mode down as far as percentage. I have 11 modes and percentages throughout a 24 hour day. I was in Florida for a week and still had a mound build up but I am getting closer made a small tweek last night

I am of not much help as I use all Tunze products, but my guess is that the more random flow that they can take at the highest levels without causing tissue recession:D
