The picture doesn't show it well, but the stem of it looks like a leather coral. The head you can sort of see in the picture.
It also only comes out at night. I was looking into my tank with a red flashlight and noticed it within a rock. When the lights were on the next day, I couldn't see it very well. It's definitely not aiptasia.
