I have to log in to order from you guys

It makes me wan't to order from another source. The beauty of the internet is the hassel you save, now I have to open an account get a login name along with a nother password.........

am I missing something or is there a legitimate reason for the added hassel? This kinda stuff reeeeally gets old, but I do like "Premium Aquatics" you guys have great service and good prices. DOC

Hi David,

Sorry you are having problems with the online system. We do not have any control over the login process. The Miva Version 2.12 let you place order without an account, but when i upgraded to Version 4.13 it doesn't give you the option or the option for us to overide. Setting up the account is really easy though. You don't really type anything extra, it's just your name and shipping info that is stored. So only extra typing you do is user name and password. You could even just make up a user and password and never use it again. You don't have to wait for confirmation or for it to email you the info. It goes right through ordering process.
