Is there a trick to getting an anemones to separate from a rock?

I removed my condy by simply pushing gently with my finger nail at his base. Move very slow, very gently, and as you touch it, it tends to pull away. Dont scrape it off. Just keep doing that until it finally releases. Very easy on you and the anemone, no stress.
