Any time I see 0 listed for phosphate, I tend to put my skeptical glasses on. I would try to get access to a more precise test for this if possible. My suggestion being one of the Hanna checkers.
My other suggestion, would be to source a red/pink acro locally and introduce it to your tank to see if the color holds.
More often than not, problems are associated with Alk, Ca and PO4. Keeps these items in line and stable and success is sure to follow. I would NOT start dosing and adding different elements to the tank in search of some magic cure. This will only result in disaster.
