I just bought 2 6105's and a wavebox and now there was a power supply upgrade??!!

Like I said, I gave two 6105's and s full size wavebox. My power supplies all have the jumper technology. I just bought them 2 months ago and now I see you have a jumper less power supply. Is that the only change? Can I upgrade to the new "electronic power" supply? I also have a tunze controller as well. What are the benefits to this new model? Also, did I mention how disapointed I am that I did not get the newer model??

?

All the power supplies have jumpers. The new 6105.240 have jumpers, they are just slightly different from the old 6101.240. I am not sure where you are getting the info that there is a jumperless power supply. The old 6055 and 6095 used to have a switch (6055.240) but even this now has jumpers on the new model. If you have the 6105.240 power supply, you have the newest model.

Ok, my 6105's all came with different sized jumpers installed. Two have 18 and the wave box has a 24. It says it includes the "wide flow propeller housing" and none of mine did either.

It also claims,"The Turbelle® stream 6105 and 6155 pumps have been fitted with electronic speed controllers running on safety extra-low voltage. They are ideal for wave or tide simulation in every aquarium, and contain a new "intelligent" micro-processor controlled motor. Along with Multicontroller 7095, 7096 or Wavecontroller 7092 they are an unbeatable team.", which made me think that it had a jumper less power supply. I also read that it was supposed to include the 24 v jumper only, so that the water flow rates would be more accurate.

Wavebox always comes with 24V preinstalled and no extra jumpers in the box. The 6105 will include a small bag in the box the power supply came in with 2 other jumpers and 1 is preinstalled, (12, 18 and 24). All 6105 produced since November 2011 include the wide flow housings and the original housing, at this time the price went up $33 from $326.97 to $349.97. The wide flow housing is also $33 as a separate part.

Acording the below website, Tunze is allowing folks who did not get a 24volt jumper to receive on free of charge.

Also, as the stated flow output promised by Tunze is so vastly different than what was PROMISED, wouldn't it make sense that I could get a upgrade Arno charge to the wide flow? After all, the wide flow kit is only included with the 6105 now to make new customers feel better about the massive flow difference.

Can you help a LOYAL client who owns 5 Tunze products and get these much needed repairs out to me?

You can get the jumpers at no charge, PM me your address and the order number off the power supply, either 6105.240, or 6101.240. The wide flow housings do not affect the flow rate and the pumps that have included them have cost more, this was something we added to increase the flexibility of use, it changes nothing except the pattern. Everyone who has them has paid for them, whether they paid more for the pumps that include them or paid the difference buying them separately. FWIW, your older pumps were a better value, especially if you have thicker glass, your magnet holders are good to 3/4", when we added the wide flow housing the magnet holder changed to 1/2". Adding the wide flow housing is much cheaper than upgrading to the rare earth magnet holders your pumps have.
